The hotel features a spacious and clean bedroom. a balcony. I found live music performed near the pool. The bed offered great comfort.
My room was quite small at 45 m2. Storing luggage proved difficult. The bathroom did not meet my standards. The shower drain emitted an unpleasant odor.

luxurious decoration polite staff comfortable room mismanaged system absent waiters slow dosa
the hotel decoration was luxurious. the staff were very polite and helpful. i found the room very comfortable for my family. the buffet breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices.
even in non-peak hours, a dosa took 30 minutes. waiters were not seen often. this happened all 4 days.

lovely experience!
wide variety smiling staff live counter
i loved everything! the breakfast was very good with a wide variety of foods. the live counter prepared requested orders. the hotel staff was always smiling and ready to help, i found it very charming.

the room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable king bed, i slept like a baby. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the balcony overlooked the ocean.

breakfast offered a large selection of foods, including fresh juices and pastries. the live cooking stations prepared omelets and waffles to order. i enjoyed the indian cuisine at one of the restaurants.

the hotel is located on the palm jumeirah, near the beach. it provided direct access to the shore and views of the sea. the hotel is away from the city center, it is a relaxing spot.

the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. concierge services helped arrange transportation and excursions. housekeeping kept the room immaculate throughout my stay.

the pool area featured many loungers and umbrellas, i felt very relaxed by the water. the gym had treadmills and stationary bikes. the spa offered a variety of treatments and massages!

cuisine variety fruit bowl friendly staff cold minibar small room bathroom hairs
the breakfast offered a variety of cuisines. a nice fruit bowl was a good touch in my room. i found the staff to be friendly and cute, wich.
the minibar wasnt cold at all. the room was very small, and storage space was lacking. hairs were in the bathroom, that was not pleasant.

The service was prompt for every request. The Luxury Palm Sea View Room King Bed was spacious. It featured a king bed and a seating area. The private beach had amazing service!!! The staff brought complimentary ice boxes with bottled water.
The gym's air conditioning could have been stronger.

The room had well-spaced tables during the breakfast buffet. It felt very comfortable. The central garden features a beautiful fountain and pool area that enhanced the hotel.
The location feels distant. It means additional transportation costs.
